WOYWW 195

Happy Wednesday folks!

Welcome to the world's biggest "let's go snooping" party! Our hostess is the ever so kind Miss Julia of the Stamping Ground.

My desk today is rather neat as I'm just starting a couple of new projects. On the left is a new clock peeking out. Front and center is the beginnings of my alpha journal page for the Craft Barn Alpha/Dictionary challenge. The letter this fortnight is H. Hmm, wonder what word I've got this time. I flip to the H's in my dictionary and randomly tear out a page. Then I try to find stuff in my stash to fit a word on the page. You'll also see a very CAS card I've recently finished and a bunch of vintage cabinet die cuts for a mini quote album.

Well that's it for me today. I'll be working playing in the studio and popping by to visit throughout the day. Please leave your link number and I'll pay a return visit to you. I made it around to about fifty peeps last week. Will try to visit more this week.

Let's Celebrate hump day with a world wide WOYWW blog hop!

Edit: OMG! I got the FIRST link!!!

Edit.2: The charms that were on the desk last week can be found HERE.

  30. Love the way you pick your word for the alpha challenge. I sit and read through the entire 'chapter' and find the best nature themed word. It takes ages, it's an old dictionary and I find loads of old words I want to know more about!
    Have a good week

I have to find more time for crafting... or at least balance/manage my on-line time better... the computer gobbles up time so fast...LOL. But I love visiting blogs! The mini journal with the 'art' and birds up on your shelf is gorgeous!

  47. Nan!!!! I drooled over your charms! Especially love the graphic 45 ones! How do you put that whole in the bottle cap...are you just using a hammer to flatten them with? I have saved some caps...a long time ago, I tried this technique, but never could flatten the caps right...I never r e-visited doing caps again, however...just in case I saved up a few caps...

Thank you for, your kind visit! Hugs, Robin!
