WOYWW 248.......am I

....ever late! Better late than not all hey Deskers?!

Until an hour ago there was nothing new happening...I finally got sometime to get in the studio and finish the shamrock cards. On my desk are my sentiment stamps binder and the saying I'm using in these cards. It's not so much about Irish as it is about friendship.

Pics of the finished cards coming as soon as I get these mailed. ;)
I'll be popping by to snoop visit y'all over the next couple days.

Happy crafting!

Hugs from Nan and the Girls :)

  5. You don't have to be Irish, you don't have to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Friendship can never be measured. Happy slightly late WOYWW to you and the lovely girls from Bleubeard and me, aka #1.

  6. Just read the comment you left on my blog. Look to the RIGHT of the NOT PIG, because it's a honey bear, and you'll see the rocking horse in the first photo in a hoop.

  8. That's a nice peek at your desk. I find it hard to make St. Patrick's day cards but I think you've got a nice solution. Thanks for the desk visit earlier.

  10. Hi there Nan! One if my favourite Irish poems is:
May the Road rise to meet you,
May the wind be forever at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face
And the rain fall soft upon your fields.
    And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

  12. Better late than not at all. LOL
Yes it is shamrock time again but I don't make cards for this occasion, even though I'm Irish.

  14. Hello Nan. Have been working my way down the list, and kept wondering where you were - FOUND you!!! I like the way you have shaped those sentiments and mounted them. They look really good.
Thank you for your comments on the cards I made for the challenge. It's once every fortnight, and is a bit of good fun. Something new and a bit different. Not supposed to buy anything new - just use hoarded stash!!!!! http://gloriadesignschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ will find it. Enjoy! Still trying to summon up the courage to try the next challenge - all about vintage and retro - not even sure I know what that means....
You will certainly be added into the draw net Tuesday. We decided that 10,000 visits warranted celebration - and it's all down to folk like yourselves - hence a little thank you.
    Have a great week.

  15. ..but not as late as me! great to see you, whatever time! I love your take on the friendship of the St P's day cards...very thoughtful. So little celebrated here, but national days are often more celebrated by ex-pats, huh.

  16. Seems perpetually late should be my monicker cause I am always late it seems. Glad to hear your cards are done. I haven't started! I think I will go drink green beer on the day...or not considering my celiac's ...maybe green cider would be better! Have a great week and thanks for stopping by my desk! Vickie aka Okienurse #52
