WOYWW 273

Hello my Desker friends.

I've been MIA while recovering from a fall. Badly sprained wrists have kept me from crafting and visiting my woyww friends.

My desk pics today show two neglected spaces with projects in mid-progress. Desk one ... trying to remember how I cut and folded a 12x12 piece of paper to make a mini pocket album. And a new project-in-waiting sitting on the shelf.

And desk two....my "Boxed Set of (sshhh)" waiting patiently for me to come back and assemble all of the pieces.

I'll try my best to visit those who visit me. May take me a few days as sitting or typing for long periods isn't doable just yet. I am doing better just not all the way healed yet.

Now off with you to Julia's to visit more Deskers.

Crafty hugs,
Nan and the Girls

  1. Hi Nan, I'm so sorry to hear you fell and hurt yourself. And even worse that it's an injury that keeps you from crafting, bummer!

Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier and for the comments. For the paint brush holders, any jar that has a ring to fit the top will work. If it doesn't you'd have to find a different way to hold the wire piece to the top.

    Happy creating and happy woyww!

  3. So sorry to hear you fell and hurt yourself. Have been thinking of you, now will pray for a speedy return to healthy bones.

I've made those origami books from a 12 x 12. Easy to get lost doing it. I found a video on Your Tube that really helped me. If I can find it again I'll drop back by with it.

  9. Oh Nan, if only I'd known I'd have nipped over and... (oh no, I was going to say ... "give you a hand"!) Sorry but you know what I mean :$
I broke my wrist a few months back and it still reminds me every now and again.
    Take care
