WOYWW 324!

Hello Deskers and Friends!

Yes it's been awhile since I've linked up with Julia for the weekly desk hop. Not sure what I'm talking about? Head over to The Stamping Ground for all the deets and links to desks around the world. Enjoy!

Now on to my rather empty looking desk. I have three projects on the go and a pile on the cutting desk, as that's what I'm doing today, die cutting more parts for the projects.

Also on the desk is the altered bottled. It's on hold while I finish up some birthday gifts.

The Girls were out sun bathing this morning but as soon as I appeared with the camera they disappeared. Not looking looking their best I guess. ;)

I'll pop by and visit as many as I can today. Have a great week!

Hugs,

Nan and the Girls

p.s. still trying out this new Blogsy format. hope today's post isn't too difficult to read/see.

  6. Actually, it was VERY easy to read your post. I understand the girls hiding from the camera, because when I called Bleubeard to see T, he continued to sleep. Neither of the boys let me take their photos anymore. It's been that way with Bleubeard since Squiggles moved in.

Sure glad to see you posting. That is a wonderful altered bottle. I look forward to seeing its completion.

I hope you are feeling better. Thanks for the visit earlier and happy WOYWW from #2, because technically, it's still Tuesday in my world.

  10. Great to see what's afoot in your neck of the woods… the bottle is looking fabulous already - looking forward to more once it gets back in hand. I'm more than a little envious to hear that there's enough sunshine for the girls to sunbathe in - not been the case here at all this summer.

  11. Hmm... now I definitely commented here - so has that gone into Spam or got lost or what?!

I was already enjoying the altered bottle - looking forward to seeing what the next stages are on that. And what all that busy cutting is going to turn into too...

Sorry to hear that the girls became camera shy ^..^

  13. Hi Nan,
You have so many projects going on at the same time! I usually have two knitting projects and switch back and forth so I don't get too bored. I need to go back to the sweater I was knitting. It's been so long since I touched it I'm afraid I'd be on a curve trying to pick it back up.

I do love the colors of the fall in New Mexico. I moved from California where we didn't have the seasons; just hot and hotter!

    Hugs,
    Kay

  14. I have been thinking about you a LOT lately, and wondering what you were up to. It's been too long since I've heard from you, and am glad to know everything is finally getting finished after the move.

Bleubeard is wanting T to come back to T, while Squiggles is looking forward to learning more about Baby. See? Squiggles has all but forgotten what Baby looks like.

Please don't disappear again for so long. The boys and I miss you and the girls.

  15. I miss you and want to see more of your art. I wish your hands would get better so I could see your new place. Bleubeard wants to see T and Squiggles would love to know Baby a bit better. We ALL miss you!

  16. I think it must be that you want to make up for lost time Nan with three projects on the go.LOVE that bottle. My puss is a Princess, so she loves her photo being taken. Our other cats have been strays, but we CHOSE Chloe, and she was a shelter cat in the vet surgery Adoption Cage, and was very used to people handling her, and giving her loads of attention. I must find her Christmas hat and take her pic.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog Nan, and the great comment.I truly hope next year can be a bit calmer and more peaceful for you!
    Judy xx
